New Friends at School

Caleb and Laura Grace have really enjoyed meeting new friends at school. Caleb is in a class with 3rd and 4th graders. He has 10 in his class. Laura Grace has sixteen 1st and 2nd graders in her class with 9 different countries represented! Every morning and afternoon they take a taxi to and from school.

You should hear the commotion in our home when a package from the States arrives....poptarts, Reese's, yeah, yeah!!! A special thank you to those who have replenished our stash of goodies and much more - nana, papa, Amy, Woodlawn, and Roomies.

Our Helper, Savda

Here we are with Savda. She has helped us in so many ways. She began working for us in December. Savda helps with the household duties as well as looks after Isabel and Benjamin when I am in language study. She knows no English and I know very little Az., so our conversations are very enjoyable to watch! She loves to cook so we have been able to try out some home-cooked national foods. Most have been very yummy! We have been so blessed to have her in our home.
