A new addition to our family!

First Week of School

Summer is over and time for school to begin. OH NO!

The children were glad to be back and reunite with all their friends at the International School. It was also good to get back into some sort of routine after being away from home for 5 weeks this summer. In a few weeks, Isabel will begin going to a small preschool fairly close to our home.

New Kittens!

We came home from our 4 week vacation in America to find our cat, Twix, in labor! She delivered 3 kittens 6 hours after our arrival!

Happy Fourth of July!

We had a great celebration with Americans and Nationals! We explained about becoming a nation, played games, ate hamburgers and hotdogs and all the fixin's, enjoyed apple pie and cake, and some of our volunteers taught a little line dancing.

Happy 8th Birthday Laura Grace!

My first birthday sleepover! Ten girls came for a slumber party. We made flip-flops, played water games, made our own pizzas, and had a movie and popcorn. We watched Felicity from the American Girl Movies.
