Our Helper, Savda

Here we are with Savda. She has helped us in so many ways. She began working for us in December. Savda helps with the household duties as well as looks after Isabel and Benjamin when I am in language study. She knows no English and I know very little Az., so our conversations are very enjoyable to watch! She loves to cook so we have been able to try out some home-cooked national foods. Most have been very yummy! We have been so blessed to have her in our home.

Winter Wonderland!

How surprised we were to wake up to over a foot of snow! We all enjoyed playing in it, throwing snowballs, making a snowman, and even tried sledding in our plastic bathtub!
